Working mums who are also breastfeeding

Hi working mums who are still breastfeeding, what bag are you using to transport your breast pump and EBM from to and from work? Is there a good bag in the market that can hold all your breast pump necessities and also your EBM while keeping it nice and chilled? Please recommend, thanks!

coconut water - fresh or canned?

Hi mums, is it ok to drink canned or bottled coconut water or must it be fresh coconut water? I feel it's quite troublesome to buy home and chop up the coconut, and if I want to drink it everyday, it means I need to make a trip to the food centre every time?

joint pain, anyone?

Hi mummies to be, I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing joint pain in their fingers? I've been having stiff and swollen joints in my hands the past few days, and it's gotten to a point where it's too painful to hold things or even type. Wondering if anyone has gone through the same thing? Is it safe to visit a chiropractor or TCM for spinal/bone adjustment? Or just leave it alone till I give birth? I don't think my gynae can help me with this except to prescribe painkillers... ?

My wife did visit TCM and they can't do much about the swelling of feet. As for her back aches and joint pains，I try to help her massage .
