Vivid dreams & restless nights

Just entered 3rd trimester and damn the vivid dreams are back 😭 Had it during 1st trimester and was definitely an unpleasant time. Doesn't help that the dreams are mostly nightmares & would always make me feel 💩upon waking up. Obviously coupled with the restless nights, its just not a fun time. I've been having insomnia as well, you guys have any remedies to reduce it atleast? Trying to squeeze as much sleep before bb arrives. I've tried walking 4km during the day but it doesn't help in making me sleep at night 🙃
