Sit and bounce on exercise ball and take walks.. At least that helps for me. Did your gynae mention if you’ve already been dilated?
Walk more often. Otherwise u can request ur doctor for induction of labour.
If you are ready, and your gynae says yes, gynae can induce labour
not sure if will help but try eating spicy food or exercising at home..
