I used bio-oil instead and started only in 2nd trimester. Butnit doesnt matter when u start, the earlier the better as a preventive measure! I rubbed the oil with my hands first and just rub it around my belly! I didnt follow any particular method as long as its spread all around my belly, boobs, back, and bum.
U can start applying from bottom to top motion. Not advisable to do in circular motion as it may trigger contractions if done wrongly. Was told during dr wong boh boi class.
