If I’m out of supplements before gynae appt. I will call the nurse and they will ask me to come down to collect supplement instead. Don’t need to see doc.

Dont worry too much abt the supplements. The nutritions comes from the food you eat as well. Just be more mindful of what u eat during that week.

Usually I will check ahead if my supplement is can last till next appt. Shld be okay ba if missed a month.
