skip obimin and fish oil for a week.

Hi, may i know if i skip those 2 supplements for a week is it fine?As i ran out of those supplements and seeing the doctor this coming Monday.Hope my baby is fine when i didnt take those supplements.

Usually I will check ahead if my supplement is can last till next appt. Shld be okay ba if missed a month.
