Milk tea has high amount of sugar. It's not an ideal source of protein or lactation source. it could be mistaken as contribution to milk production - cause any form of fluid consumption before breastfeeding will increase breast milk output.

Better to avoid black tea or coffee as having caffeinated drinks during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended. Milk Tea should be fine but still quantity of tea should be in moderation

Heard it can be a milk booster but wondering if its the milk content that helps. Do note that the sugar content is very high, plus there is caffeine in tea, so pls drink in moderation.

Yes you can drink bubble milk tea, normally i drink brown sugar fresh milk or milk tea. If you love bubble tea, you can try lactation bubble tea from (Heymilk)

It's recommended to limit your caffeine intake while breastfeeding so do drink these teas in moderation...
