I ate quite a lot of cup noodles cos I was pregnant when in China and the cup noodle was the most convenient lunch place. My baby was overweight and have eczema (though of course, there's no study linking instant noodles to eczema) but still fast food has been linked to more severe eczema, so better eat healthy!
There is no known negative impact on the baby. Like what Jamie said, as long as you are not having it for every meal, there is no harm in having a nice hot steaming bowl every once in a while. Make it healthier by adding some vegetable, hardboiled egg, and chicken. Enjoy!
Everything needs to be done with moderation. As long as you are not eating every single day, it wouldnt be harmful or damaging. Just compensate it back during your next meal with fruits, vegetables and meat. Enjoy your noodles, and dont think too much ych about it.
I agree with the 2 ladies. I believed it's perfectly fine to eat those "pantang food" as long as it's in moderation. During my pregnancy, I've eaten all sorts of food to settle my cravings, my late grandmother would have nagged non-stopped if she knew what I had
If your family has allergy history, have to consider probiotics and omega 3.. have compiled the latest research on pregnancy diet, see if it helps? http://eczemablues.com/2019/10/is-there-anything-you-can-do-to-prevent-eczema-for-your-unborn-baby/
If you have instant noodles for every meal all throughout your pregnancy, it might first be harmful to you because of the lack of nutrients plus excessive sodium content over time. Just enjoy your instant noodles. It's not alcohol...
consume anything in moderarion. During my pregnancy i eat whatever i want but in moderation. Try to add some vegetables or food with good nutrients instead . But remember not to eat daily or 3 meals. Once in awhile is fine ☺

I dun think it's damaging but definitely not nutritious or healthy for mummy. A healthy mummy is a healthy baby. So u might want to watch your diet while the child is inside.
Well, to me, eating in moderation is still fine. Eat whatever you like but of cos bear in mind that you have another baby in u and u might change for the better.
