You can drink up to 40 days. By right traditional confinement is 40 days. Meaning your body can take in heaty stuff during this period. Anything after you will feel very heaty easily.

Keep to 30-40 days so as to prevent heatiness.. If u really like red date tea, you can continue drinking every 3-4 days and/or cut down on quantity.
