Not longer than 3 months. Also, the teat brand will have specific teat type (i.e. softness, flow, etc) at different age (in months).

The brand will give you guidelines for eah teat, like 0m+, 1m+, 3m+, 6m+ (some have 9m+). I would follow that
I usually do so 6 months on. And when baby turn 3 months too. Cause it’s a different teat.
Usually change 6months Teat become yellowish/change color Lo bite until got hole
When the baby starting to reject milk/fuss. Roughly change after 3 months.
At 3 months or if you already feel like the teat looks out of shape.
I changw my baby's teat every 3months.
Every 3 months needs to change.
