Set barriers and boundaries, limit contact for now till you’ve recovered and can forgive them for the hurt they’ve caused. Also get support, whether from your partner/other relatives/friends. If you need a listening ear, email me at faith.n.love@gmail.com ok?
Try having a heart to heart talk with your parents. If all else fails then best to lie low, minimize contact so that everyone can reflect on their actions etc. Your main focus and attention should be on your husband and child. Take care!
Try to cut them off for now. Seek support from your husband and other people. Take the time you need to recover. Your baby needs the best version of you! Hang in there!
Just concentrate on baby. And ignore everything.
