I just use extra virgin olive oil. I'm not too particular about the kind of oil I use as long as it is new (not reused). You can find a good write-up about VCO here. It's recommended due to a high saturated fat content as well as containing lauric acid which is the anti-bacterial and anti-viral agent in breastmilk. http://www.organicandwholesale.com/organic-extra-virgin-coconut-oil-vco/
EVCO has a milder smell than regular CO and is by far the most healthiest oil out there. EVOO is great too, but has a very low smoking point and the goodness of it diminishes when brought upto a certain temperature. So you can use EVOO for things like salads but regular olive oil for cooking. Believe it or not, my nutritionist recommended ghee and CO as the best oils for cooking!

Olive oil is not suitable for cooking as its smoke point is very low, less than 200 degree Celsius. Olive/extra virgin olive oil is normally use for salad dressing. VCO is a good oil option for cooking.
If you buy an airfryer, you won't have to use oil at all and the food will still taste great :) A much healthier option for the whole family!
I use Olive oil. It's light, and doesn't smell and tastes good too!
