Is it weird to give your kids Granola bars to eat? Not sure if that's an 'adult' food, or okay for children too?

Pavin, store bought Granola bars have a lot of additives. Loads of sugar and things like corn syrup and palm oil. On the other hand Granola bars are a great way of getting some fruit and grains into your kids. So IMO, the best way to go about it is to make a batch yourself! It's really easy and pretty delish. Wayyy better than store-bought! :D

How old are yr kids? if they're a little older, it should be okay but for young ones, the sugar content might be too much for them :)
thanks
