Do you give your child's Yaya paid annual leave? Why or why not?

I think the Kasambahay Law requires 5 days of paid annual leave. We gave our yaya the choice though of paying for her leave days or her airfare (instead of her paying for her boat fare). She chose the airfare since it would be more convenient for her, plus it's a bit more expensive than her pay for 5 days.

My wife and I follow the Kasambahay Law of granting helpers 5 days annual leave. But, we're lenient too when it comes to unavoidable family emergencies. Since our helper is from the province, we cover her fare and also make sure she's compensated so we can help her out as well.
