dizzy spells before iftar (fast breaking)

A few days ago, less than 10 mins before iftar, i had a dizzy spell. I felt light-headed so suddenly and had blur visions. I immediately lied down n took deep breaths. Luckily after a few minutes, things went back to normal. I hope that i wont experience it again cos it was so scary... Today i went for a scan n baby is fine ?
