No Yolk Sac and Embryo seen yet at 5weeks and 5days

Hello Everyone! Was diagnosed with pcos 9years ago and have gone work up pregnancy to conceive and now 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant. However, my last transv stated that no yolk sac and embryo seen yet but with corpus leteum and my hcg result was low. Currently, I am experiencing spotting and cramps. Anyone of you have experienced the same but now is successful with pregnancy?

My first ultrasound at 5weeks 2days has no yolk sac too. I had red blood spotting too. I have PCOS as well. But my doctor advised to come back after 3 weeks. On my followup scan, my baby already has a heartbeat.
