6 weeks with no embryo yet

Hi mommies,i had just my 1st TRANS-V ultrasound today and it reveals that im 6 Weeks and 1 day preggy. Gestational sac and yolk sac are present,but no embryo yet. Anyone who experiencing or experienced same scenario? What did you do,or what did ur OB advised u? Hope someone will share their experiences! ?
