Diapers and diaper cream

Normally I use drapolene cream but when my LO gets bad rash (pretty rare), I will use Lucas’ papaw ointment. Really fast effect

Desitin works for me, clean it with room temperature water and try to change more regularly till it heals

purple desitin for urgent relief of bad nappy rash. normal days drapolene as barrier cream

Please let it air for awhile after cleaned & applied diaper cream, it helps lots!
