Changing Child Care twice within a year

So my child has been in School A for infant care since she was 4 mths old. Everything was ok, and now she has been upgraded to PG class and still crying all the time for the past 10 days. She doesnt want to go to PG class i guess due to new envinronment, new teachers n classmates. We are moving house, hence coming December we register her to the new school. Now im worried that finally she settle down in current school then in a few mths time she need to readjust to new school again. Will she be ok? Im so heart broken everytime see her crying out loud :( so stressful

think it happens to the most of us. the initial phase is always the hardest. she'll be better in time. relax mummy

When to stop sterilize baby bottles?

Hi, my baby currently 9.5mths old and i have a thot to stop sterilizing the bottles. Do you think it is ok? Because i noticed my steam sterilizer the metal plate started to get rusty which im not too sure why. Thanks #advicepls #1stimemom #firstbaby

I stopped sterilizing when baby started putting toys in his mouth. I felt like it was not necessary anymore. 🤪

Constipation (hard poop) 6.5mths old

Hi mommies, i feed bm to my baby until 4.5mths old then switch to full formula (bellamys organic step 1) up to 6mths old, i also started to fed her rice cereal when she was 5.5mths old and her poop was always ok. Recently she turned 6mths old, i still feed (and infant care also) rice cereal once a day (increased amount) and changed her formula to bellamys organic step 2. I fed her plain water as well but she doesnt like to drink, so only manage to feed her 20-30ml per day. Her poop start to bcome super hard, everyday she will cry for very long when pooping and only small lump came out but stuck at her butthole. My heart is broken seeing her suffer like this. Any mommy experience this? Should i stop cereal? Or should i change formula instead? #advicepls #pleasehelp #1stimemom

Hi Erfhina, It must be so hard to see your baby in pain. Perhaps start introducing some vegetables and fruits into her diet? Prune purée may help with the constipation. If she doesn’t like water, mix in a little apple or pear juice to add sweetness. Instead of rice cereal, you could try oat cereal instead as it has higher fibre. Hope she feels better soon!

6mths old baby still spit up

My baby girl will be 6mths in a few days and she still spit milk during burp or after burp. Sit up or lie down all will still spit some. Is it normal? I thot by 6mths they will stop spitting? #firstbaby #pleasehelp

It’s normal. My girl used to be like this too. I think it only gets better like when she’s ard 7-9 mth

Sending my LO to ifc once she turned 4.5mths

Hi mommies, does anyone sending your LO at 4mths or earlier to ifc? Will they become reject you and prefer the teacher instead? I'm sending my LO next mth after she turned 4.5mths, not sure will she cry or recognize surrounding? I also worry oncd shd adapted she will reject me and prefer the teacher. I send my girl to ifc at 5.5mo & she’s 1yo now. She will not prefer the teacher to you. She can recognise who’s the parents. They will adapt to the surrounding & the people at the Ifc . Babies are highly adaptable than what you give them credit for . Usually is the mummy that will feel sad.

Cry in pain while dressing

Hi, first time mommy here. My 3mths old LO suddenly hate dressing, she always cry like in pain everytime dressing after bath and wipe body. She cry like really in pain, i dont know what to do. She was ok previously, never cry. Once she turned 3mths old she become keep cry. Is it normal? Routines, room temp, lotion, shower gel, oil all never change since she was born.

Avent Phillips pacifier

Does any mommy here the LO is using avent phillips pacifier (flatter one, not round one) until toddler and has no issue with their teeth growth? I bought many brands and types of pacifier which so called is for orthodontic friendly, but my LO only like avent phillips one. I worry will affect her teeth alignment. I bought MAM perfect night, dentister ortho, NUK and she rejected all. I think maybe the pacifier too flat since they are for orthodontic one

My daughter keep wan more milk

Hi, first time mom here. My daughter currently 2m3days, i used to feed her 100ml-110ml breastmilk in bottle and if formula i give her 90ml. Normally she drink every 3-3.30hrs but recently she keep wan more milk, even cry after finished her milk so now i gv her 120ml for both breastmilk and formula and she drink every 4-5hrs. Is it normal? Should i worry that a 2m old baby drink 120ml is too much for her? Cos my friends’ babies all drink much lesser.

Just feed on demand and monitor her poop and Pee output and her sleep and growth.

My LO recently keep get startled

Hi Mommies, first time mom here. I swaddled my LO only the first month, and removed her mitten at 1.5mths. Ever since then, she keep get startled very easily by soft sound or sometimes without sound. She will get startled and sometimes will cry. It will disturbed her sleep as well. Now she is 2mth old, not sure is it normal that her startled get worse? I remember the first month, she doesnt really get startled. I’ve googled, it is called moro reflex, but dont know why it will get worse? Any one the child oso experienced the same thing? When the startled will get better? I am very worry it will affect her growth :(
