Casual meet up with any friend opposite gender. Husband mentality- it's not nice to meet up with someone's wife. Wife mentality- Nonsense. It's not common to have such an old school mentality. Opinions please?

Think it’s fine as Long as you know that there is nothing else between you and the friend. Rather than an old school mentality, it’s a trust issue.
