Eat what you want but all on right portion. Eating too much of anything is not good. Also, you need to be conscious of health effects and not size effect. Being overweight makes people more prone to diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.

Nods. I havent been gaining sufficient weight. So i'll just eat anything (except raw food) whenever my appetite calls for it. But question. Is there any issue with eating ice cream?

Me! especially since i hv no appetite to eat at all, so when i feel like eating something, nutritious or not, i will just go for it!

Me! Until I gained 3kg in 1 month n my dr gotta warn me about weight at every visit so I stopped! Gained 13kg in total in the end!

Sadly i cant eat whatever i want... try to control my weight. As im obese so not that great if gain to much weight

I wish I can but I need to control as my BMI is obese. I’m hoping I can keep the weight gain between 6-9kg max.
