My 5 month old sometimes also doesn’t pee during a long stretch of sleep because she’s in deep sleep, but the next time she sleeps, she’ll pee a lot. I think you can watch the overall output per day?:)

Other than monitoring and ensuring all is well with your baby.. on a lighter side...you save money on diapers

Is he drinking sufficient milk ? Check couple of days if it’s still the same better to consult ped

I also encounter this with my son but everything seems normal and pee back to normal in the morning.

I think it's normal, my son 4m sleep 10 to 11h without really peeing alot too.

Do consult a pediatrician if this goes on for the next few days...
