How do you know that you are pregnant?

Missing period for straight 2 months. Right before I found out that I actually pregnant, I've abnormal menstrual cycle. Eg, this month I had my menstrual, the next month skipped. I've courage myself to bought UPT and the result turned positive. The baby was born on 6 July 2019 and now he is 5 months old 🌻
