It's quite common actually and u might want to check your diet. Like eating too heaty? I was recommended to drink red dates plus goji only before giving birth, but it's too heaty for me and ended up having bad dreams every night when I started drinking. Once I stop the nightmare stops too.
I had nightmares too early preg when i normally sleep w/o dreaming at all. But it will go away soon as u will get very tired during the day working..have a wonderful journey ahead and enjoy the pregnancy β€
Haha it's common. I always had nightmare during first trim. Luckily I quit my job so I can rest more at the day time. It's important to get sufficient rest

Donβt stress and try to watch comedy or something that will ease your mind before bed
I am still having vivid and bad dreams now and just entering into my 3rd trimester
Hope I will be alright soon waiting for my second trimester
normal but dont think too much, and dont think negatively. it might helps
Try drinking milk before going to sleep. Most specially, pray. π
Donβt think so much and hv some hot drink before sleep
