Carpal tunnel syndrome

I am experiencing this carpal tunnel syndrome thing, any tips on how to lessen the pain felt? Just my right hand though.

Are you sure if it’s confirmed a carpal tunnel? I had a time (several years before my pregnancy) when I was thought to have carpal tunnel and need to wear wrist support with a metal bar inside to make sure my hand won’t bent to the painful angle. Few years later turns out it’s not carpal tunnel but autoimmune issue. If you have undetected or dormant autoimmune issue, it might goes unnoticed. But in some pregnant women, being pregnant will trigger the condition to rise. So please do thorough checkup as untreated autoimmune issue can cause danger for both mom and baby. All the best!

Until when should a pregnant women take multivitamins? I’m 18weeks pregnant and I ran out of multivitamins. The Doctor never prescribe me a new one last checkup.
