milk strike?

My 1 year old doesn't want to eat porridge and on milk strike. Is it teething?

Yup probably. Try to feed cold food like yoghurt

My lo can pull herself up to stand a few days before she turn 7months, currently she's 7.5mths & this new milestone is disrupting her sleep. She used to fall asleep soon after we put her down but she will now take about an hour standing up at the cot while we put her down repeatly until she eventually gets tired. I am now worried if it's appropriate for her age to be standing up so often.she is able to pull herself up, stand inside her cot & move around the cot while holding the cot rail, will it affect her hip development since she is still so young? Should I be concern? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

My LO is turning one year soon and I am wondering if instead of changing his FM to stage 3,is it possible if I just use milk powder like nespray instead?

Just wondering, your LO call daddy or mummy first?or papa or mama? My LO is 11 months going 1 year old used to call me mamamama.. but then he stop calling me and call dadi dadi when ever he saw his daddy... I am happy to hear that but sad that he stop calling me no matter how I teach.him to say ma ma or ma mi, he will reply me da di, da di.... I feel really sad.. but don't know why I feel this way ...

Not to worry. It is sad and painful to hear that but soon your little one will be back to calling you mama and your husband daddy. Its all word association.

Going malacca with my 1 year old. What should I look out for and what should I bring? Should I take a carrier or a stroller? I nv plan to take slow cooker there.. any food that is suitable for my LO in malacca?

A carrier will be better. Stroller is not convenience over there especiallt jonker street night market etc.

How long will be the labor time for 3rd baby? my #1 was ard 8hr my #2 was ard 6hr heard #3 will be shorter? less than 6hr?

Everyone is different but mine got faster each time. The third was less then 4 hours!

Mom's with kids that have birthdays on or close to Christmas. How do you celebrate your kid's birthdays? My daughter will be 1 year old 3 days after Christmas and I have no clue how i'm going to deal with it. Combining Christmas and her birthday?

Sorry Mummies. Just to rant.. I really hate it if anyone kisses LO. My husband and I try so much to avoid kissing as we don't wanna spread germs to LO. My husband's family members just love to kiss LO on the cheeks. It's really annoying. I wish I could tell them to refrain from doing so, but worried that they might be offended. Am I being too particular?

Yaaaa...I totally agree . I just don't get it with those who kiss the babies on the lips!
