Light weight stroller recommendation

Opinions on the best light weight stroller out there? Looking for something with a cup holder, that sits completely up and lays back a reasonable amount, with good shade coverage..

Kolcraft cloud. It's light, great for on or off road, also leans back and the front cup holders pop off if you just want an umbrella stroller set up. It fold up one handed.

We're using a Seebaby QQ3 :) Has everything you mentioned and also able to pass through single MRT gantry and front bus entrance!
