Need some advice on this. I am a FTWM and I usually express bm in the comfort of my office. However, I will be attending a full day seminar at MBS convention centre this week and not sure if there is any nursing room with electrical points nearby. Mommies out there pls help me. What will you do and what will you bring along? I won't have access to any fridge... and I can't sterilise my pump after each use (will need to pump a times in that one day!) Help!! I assume I will be there fr 8am til 6pm or so. Thanks!

Hi mummies, recently I resumed my pumping routine and realized that when my breasts are engorged and hard, I only managed to pump out 60ml per side. After my pumping session, my breasts feel soft but sore. However, when my breasts are not so engorged, I can pump up to 150ml per side and my breasts are not sore at all. If I can only pump out 60ml and still feel sore, does it mean that my breasts are not emptied still? Not sure why the difference is so huge and I'm sure it's not due to my period or whatsoever. Thanks.

My baby suddenly don't want to latch on me... I have went back to work recently but he is still ok with me latching him once a day but now~ out of suddenly he refuse my nips~ Wat can I do to get him to latch back? So heart broken :(

try reestablishing skin-to-skin contact with your baby. when you are not working, let baby lie on your bare chest and let him get used to being with mommy, getting reacquainted by your warmth.

Can I ask, I jus delivered my baby and when I latch baby will suckle 5 mins den cry den suck again den finally slp..den i pull out cus i tot slp le but end up baby cry again den suckle and finally slp.. why isit so?:(

Hi lovely mummies! I'm curious what do you to your breast milk when your LO is not travelling overseas with you. Do you manual pump and consume back?

No I don't consume. I carry a freezer to go bag and store the expressed milk in the hotel fridge/freezer till I am flying back
