Maternity Pillow
Is it worth to buy a maternity pillow U-shaped or L-shaped? Been having bad back pain. Not sure if maternity pillow wil helps.
Got mine from Mothercare. Its neither U or L shaped. Its just long a** pillow almost the same as my height. Its neither too soft or hard. Its the best bolster ive ever had! Cant sleep without it now.
Yea it may ease u to have a better rest.. Get U shape better as u can use it as a nursing pillow later on too.
Maybe u can try with additional normal pillows to see if it helps

Honestly it didn't help me at all. Felt too claustrophobic using it as I couldn't turn easily. Would wake up in the middle of the night feeling too warm and "tied up" by the pillow. Try using another bolster and pillow to support your back and belly instead.
