When to introduce egg yolk to their solid food? i have a baby around 8 mths old

When I brought baby to Polyclinic for 6mths vaccination, the nurse say if we hv started solids, can oso start giving eggs alrdy. But start wif egg yolk first to see if baby has any allergy to egg. Muz make sure tat e egg is fully cooked.

Yolk is fine,egg white is best recommend after 1year old as my pediatrician advise,best to follow with the 3day rule to see any allergy.

Egg white is the common one in allergies, hence when u intro, just look out for allergies just in case the baby is allergies to egg.

yolk is after 6 month but white after 1 year and in small quantity when first time trying as allergic reaction can be quite severe

I think I introduced egg yolk at around 9 months old. Polyclinic nurse said to start with yolk first then white at 1.

Yoke can start at 6 Mths. My LO tried Both yolk n white by 8mth

I introduced already at 8months as well.

About 4.5 months when we start solid.

i introduced around 1year old.

Can start egg yolk already :)
