Is there conclusive evidence that organic food contain more nutrients or are healthier than non organic food ?

This question remains controversial, as some studies have shown organic foods to be more nutritious than non-organic, while other studies have shown similar health benefits for both. What is very clear, however, is that non-organic foods have much higher pesticide, growth hormone and antibiotic residues than organic foods. It is widely thought that these chemical residues, taken over a lifetime, even in small amounts at a time, may be a key contributor to the development of cancers and other chronic degenerative diseases. Often, there are more antioxidant compounds in organic produce than in conventional produce, but the rest of the nutritional profile is similar.

I have always believing in co sleeping up to ages 2 plus. Thereafter, I have manage to let my older kids transit to their own room. But now it's my #3 turn as he is turning 3. And it's a tall order to get him to sleep in his own room. I am at my wit's end. I even tried using his older siblings but to no avail.

What is the best age to start children for swim classes ? Baby , toddler or preschoolers?

Started baby swimming lesson around 9 months at aquabambinos. We love the coach and enjoying the lesson.

Is baby led weaning a fad? For many years , food has been puréed and served to babies and they grow up eating well and healthy. So if baby led weaning helpful or just a fad? Especially in the Asian Chinese culture.

As baby does not come with a manual, i think mothers can experiment around and use either baby led weaning or puree style to her child. It is not about fad, it's about what work best for both mom and baby.

If you have multiple kids at home and a kid has be infected with HFMD while the rest are not and fit for childcare, do you keep the child who is fit for child care at home with the infected sibling or to school where she will be quarantined but still doing her worksheets etc ?

This is a tough one. What my friend did when she was in a similar situation was to keep both at home. However, she and her younger daughter both ended up getting infected as well. It is almost impossible for my friend to constantly disinfect everything while handling both. That being said, I would think that sending the other child to childcare (and that she will be quarantined) may not be ideal as well. Since 1) she may still get infected when she is home 2) being quarantined at childcare is probably not a great feeling for a child If I were you, I will likely keep everyone at home. This will also help prevent spreading of the virus to others. There is a chance that everyone will end up getting it but seemed like the better option of all the "not great" options. Just my two cents.. Take care!!!
