What's the most challenging part as a working mom?

I am a working mom, but I work from home most of the time. My challenge is to ensure that I can focus on my work even if my baby is around. I have to ensure that all tasks will be completed within the specified timeframe.

I used to be a working mom. For me the most challenging part is leaving very young children to their yaya. I am working but my thoughts would constantly be on them if they are ok or not.
