Okay, as a first time mom, I always wanted to give what's best for my baby. I want him to enjoy our company and love for him alone for the meantime. So, the question is. What do you think is the most effective contraceptive to use, for us to have a well planned family?

for me, having an implant is the best choice. especially if you're forgetful to take pills like me. also, 3yrs yung effectivity nya. saktong duration lang for me before we try for a 2nd child.
