What would you do if you catch your partner looking at hot girls pictures online but he claims that its normal.
In general, it's pretty normal for guys to want to look at hot girls! Even girls do so. But it depends on how you define "hot girls". Is he looking at pictures of hot girls on Instagram? Or he seeks those pictures out on certain sites? For me, I'd brush it off if it's just looking and not taking action, like talking to them or more.

It really depends on your relationship, I guess. By "hot girls", do you mean he watches porn? Looking at random pictures of hot girls is a little different to watching porn on a daily basis IMO. If this makes you uncomfortable, maybe you should talk to him about it?
Is he intentionally searching for these girls? Is he following these girls on social media or is he part of those platforms that shares random women online? I’d be offended if he does any of those mentioned. Talk to him if it bothers you.
As for me thats ok to just look at pictures as long as he doesn’t go follow and chat etc after all they are guys

It is very normal. In fact, I consider this good sense of humor on a guy's part :)
