Sleep time

What is a good sleeping time for baby? Any sleep training tips that worked for you? TIA

You can try the scheduled awakening method, where you wake your child up 15-20 minutes before he/she would normally wake up. You comfort lo back to sleep and slowly fade this method as he/she begins to fall back to sleep on his/her own. Hope this helps!

Around 10pm onwards without waking up non-stop to carry or pat. (As i will latch in between and baby continue sleeping or feed milk bottle and baby continue sleeping, if this is counted.)

8-9pm is good timing. I just have to turn on fisher price soothe & glow giraffe and the music will accompany my son to slp. Usually he will fall asleep after 10 mins

I put my baby to bed by 8pm. He’ll wake up for last feed around 12 midnight and will sleep till almost 6am
