Feeding & Sleep Training

My baby (1 wk plus) is being fed every 2 hr and on 60ml of BM or Formula. Is this OK? Also she seems much more awake at night and I'm not sure if it's a good time to start sleep training?

Please don't think about sleep training now!! Best to start sleep training after she is at least 3 months old!! My baby is already 2 months old and I'm still waking up every 2 hours at night to feed.

Lol normal lah. Your baby is just 1 week of course she won't know it's night or day. Just let her be, she'll flow into her own schedule soon maybe abit more quicker than you expect or maybe slower

Feed on demand for newborns! Their routine and schedule will stabilise after a while Sleep training don't think of it till at least 4mo and depends whether your baby is ready too

Slowly, 1 week old baby haven adapt to day/night yet. It takes time, probably can start training at 3 months old

Go for your LO needs. my LO (1-2weeks) can't finish 60ml and ask for milk in another hour again.

Pls don’t start sleep training now, baby is still too young! Best to start after 4 months!

It’s too early to start sleep training. Please train her when she is around 3-4 months
