I give cooked rolled oats almost everyday (then different fruits to add in like apple, blueberries, strawberries, banana, pear...), sometimes fruit yogurt, a slice of bread with cheese.. err.. milo i think have to wait until 1 year old?!

At 10 months old, they should be still taking breastmilk or formula. No milo, as it contains too much sugar for a baby. You can give some easy breakfast items like cooked rolled oats, baby biscuits, bread, fruits (bananas, apples etc)

i won't recommend milo as it's too heaty and sweet for them. I will give them oatmeal for breakfast. you can also try to give pancakes for breakfast if they are good with chomping
