Milo

Usually I drink (with oats) last thing at night n first thing in the morning! Both times after pumping :)

I usually drink a cup before i go to bed. The rest of the day will be water + soup.

I kinda reduced all my milo intake, but occasionally take them 1 cup per 1 month.

I take once a day only. Morning i take prenatal milk and night i go for milo

Once to twice a day.. I alternate between milo and Enfamama milk...
