When is a good time to inform the boss/company about your pregnancy?

I informed my direct supervisor right after I confirmed my pregnancy due to my workload. And she told the others after the first trimester (with my consent).

Told her as soon as I found out as I’m working operations work. Letting her know early so she can understand if I need to take breaks etc

I informed my principal once I found out I was pregnant. Reason being I work in a preschool and needed to be extra careful.

I inform 1 of my colleague once I confirm my pregnancy with Gynae which is 6 weeks plus and inform HR and boss on 12 Weeks

i inform during my 1st trimester. reasons is workload, manpower coverage, medical check up

I told my boss once I found out I was pregnant and he was able to keep it a "secret"🤗

my wife informed her boss after 1st trimester

asap. so that boss can plan manpower

Told mine at 4-5months I think

I informed after 12 weeks
