inform boss before or after 3 months?

When did you all inform your boss? Was it before or after 3 months?

I had to inform early because of exposure to risky elements at work, but if I had an office job and the pregnancy didn’t affect my work, I would inform after 3 months.

I don’t really believe in superstition but I feel it is necessary to inform our one up so he or she can discuss with you action plan moving forward.

Depends on your job nature. If you're expose to risk such as chemicals, climbing, radiation etc then inform as soon as possible otherwise 3 months later.

Agree

I haven inform my boss yet.. prob wait till after 3 mths as i work in office dont think it will affect the work flow

I think better to inform at office after a couple of weeks as then you also be confident and normal around everyone

Had to inform before 3 months as I was having super bad morning sickness till I couldn’t function normally.

It's better to inform now. You can discuss with your boss and ask him/her to keep it confidential for now(:

I inform once confirm that I am pregnant by gyne.

after first appointment with gynae
