rashes on baby's face

Hi there. Just wanna ask some help.. My two-week old baby has rashes in his face.. Some people said it's normal and it will go away soon without nay treatment.. Buti i still decided to consult a pedia.and according to her, my baby has allergy to the food that i eat while breastfeeding, so she told me to have a diet. However, I noticed that the rashes disappear and reappear even if im not breastfeeding him. So I doubted what the pedia said especially that she didn't do any laboratory test for this allergy.. Any advice or similar experience?

Hindi lahat pedia expert, .... nun baby ko nagka ganyan pinacheck up ko sabi nya ippa admit daw hala natakot ako momsh ang ginawa ko umuwi kami Hindi ako nagpa admit 10days old pa baby ko nun tapos gumamit lng ako lactacyd baby wash after a few days nawala na.... kaya lumipat na ako ng ibang pedia

Normal lang po pero better kung hindi mo muna papahalikan si baby sa mukha. Specially sa may mga bigote at balbas. Super sensitive kasi ng skin nila at mabilis mairritate 😊

Yes some rashes Po nawawala n lng. Ok lng din Kung mag palit k Ng mild n sabon like Cetaphil, tpos cont. Lng n wag papahalikan si baby sa face Lalo n Kung may balbas.
