For first time mom's..alamin niyo n Po correct latch and proper latch. May mga lactation consultant po sa YouTube n Pwede mag turo. 🙂 Hindi Po sinasalpak lng sa bibig ng baby Ang nipple ah... Kaya Po nila ngumanganga Ng malaki. At Hindi Po iniintay umiyak Ang baby para padedein. . Pls lang mga inay. Kung ayaw niyo mahirapan mag padede.. do your homework Po.. alamin niyo n Po Pano mag padede ng Tama. 🙂 May mga technique din Po sila.. It will save you sa masakit na pag papadede! At frustrations.. 🙂 at least makabawas man lng. Here are few tips..

Nagpatulong sya ng thesis kasi muntik na syang di grumaduate dahil dun. Then akala ko nakipagkaibigan sya para lng makapasa pero pagkatapos ng thesis pumupunta na sya sa bahay at ipinagpapaalam pa ako sa magulang ko na maggagala kami 🤭
