What precautions should I take when exercising during my pregnancy?

Hi, you should first check with your Obgyn if you have any of below conditions and you should not exercise if you have any of this. Contraindications to exercise: Pregnancy-induced high blood pressure Rupture membranes Premature labour Vaginal bleeding Incompetence cervix (cervix open too early) Poor foetal grow Placenta disease If you are clear from that, you can perform exercise according to your own ability however below are signs to stop exercising. Vaginal bleeding Short of breathe before starting exercise Dizziness/ headache Chest pain Pre-term labourn Decreased foetal movement Amniotic fliud leakage
