Yes it safe, but for early trimester 9f pregnancy it's better for u & spouse do oral sex.. What until 10weeks & above u can do the normal sex😊

Its normal when you feel mild cramp in early pregnancy. Your uterus is expanding. If you still worried, you can refer to the doc.
