Weird Dream

Hye mummy. I have question to ask. I have this once in a blue moon, weird dream (dream of having sex) and in real life i really had my orgasm. Just for info. I am 33 weeks pregnant now and ever since april (my last intercourse with husband is during my fertile week) we abstinent from having intercourse (to protect the baby). Are they any harm having this kind of dream and have real orgasm?
