If me, i would, if i can afford. With baby you cannot take grabcar nor gojek unless you buy donna pram which doubles as a car seat. The problem with booking taxis are that, not only are they more expensive, I usually have a harder time to get a taxi. Sometimes can wait for 20mins before someone accepts my job.

Mrt and bus are sometimes very crowded and unavoidable to have passengers sneeze and cough in the public transport which make me feel like getting a car when baby is born. However having a car in sg is so expensive which makes me need to think twice.

I wouldnt deny that it makes travelling and running errands so much easier but i wouldnt say its a need. Theres millions of ppl who survived without a car when they had babies. Furthermore its so expensive to get a car in Sg.

No need .. Sg is kid frndly so can use public transport.. every one can’t effort such luxuries right .. but it’s individual decision

I told my Husband to only get a car if we have 2 children. Right now we only have 1 and don’t really find it necessary

I feel that is about convenient sake... i do have many friends travel comfortably with public transport or grab...

It’s definitely a lot more convenient to have a car with the baby. People are not so nice anymore in mrt.
