entering "it hards to sleep" stage.. cant find the suitable position!

please suggest the best solution for this problem so that I can get enough sleep pleaseeeee

Same shoes here huhu penuh bantal kalau nk tidur.. Kena susun cantik2 elok2 supaya dapat kekalkan keselesaan wlupun sbnrnya mmg tak selesa dah nak tidur bila dah reach 37weeks huhu

same here. all i do is put a pillow on my right n left side n between my legs. nthen keep turn right n left till i can find my comfort zone n fall asleep. 😂😂

Saya pun alami perkara yg sma..nak tido megiring kiri jap kanan....jap telentang...mmg xlena..pastu jap2 bagun g toilet plk...siang plk kuat tido.....😁😁

hai,,i dulu pon sama,,start 4 to 9month,,husband setiap malam urut kaki untuk bg i tido lena,,try la😁

Sy selalu anggap ini adalah salah satu ujian utk kita praktis bila dah ade baby nanti hehe 🤗

Beli preggy pillow sis, membantu juga..i dulu pun macam tu, pakej sakit belakang lagi..😅

sy pun mcm tu. malam susa tdur. tapi siang mcm Sleeping Beauty suda haha

same,time preggy dlu 2-3pg pun xtido lg,lpas tu asyik terjaga

Tidur duduk. 😂 Or letak byk bantal. Pregnancy pillow helps too
