Banana. It work wonders. My gynae recommend more fruits and green vegetables especially banana. Plenty of water too. I manage to clear my bowels every single day without fail🤪 Twice a day. Definitely make the stomach less bloated and feel at ease.
Pls drink in moderation after third trimester as during my third trimester when going back for check up my sugar lvl shoots up. Doc say might be due to having yakult. After I stopped the following week the sugar lvl went down. Hope it helps :)
Take yakult in moderation. Maybe try out other solutions so you can shift strategy and not rely on Yakult all the time
try red dragon fruit, it helps for me, but in moderation also
