Hi, need advice to increase my HB ?

are u malaysian? if u are then the doctor/nurse will advice u to take 2 iron pills a day.1 in morning 1 at night. then u can also eat lots of green veg like bayam. and some materna milk also provide iron. and also eat some badam. u might want to toast them in microwave for like 2mins or less. if u like u can also eat animal organs like hati ayam. these are what my nurse told me(except for the badam).

mungkin belum lagi mereka nak bagi kot.. sbb for me start 3bulan mereka start bagi iron. so total 4 jenis vitamin kena ambil. folic acid, b complex, iron and vitamin c.then bukan ke 5 mereka nasihat ambil 2pil iron satu pagi satu malam. nanti kalau mereka dah bagi iron jgn makan dengan susu sbb kata nurse saya,dua2 ni akan repel from each other. so buat sekarang just try makan makanan yg tinggi iron.

hi, i been low HB too last month. As i couldnt take iron and calcium tablets due to serious constipation. Private doctor ask me to take iron. Government ask me to eat more hati ayam, hati lembu, kerang, bayam, pegaga, kangkung, jambu batu. I only take more the kerang(1xtime), hati ayam(1time/week), jambu batu(2-3time/week). then my HB increase itself from 10.7 to 11.5.

Avoid all caffeine (tea/coffee/milo). If you’re Malaysian, then you can try to buy iberet from pharmacy and it cost you rm30 or less for a box of 30caps. Take 2 hours before consume your breakfast or any meals. Once a day. If your hb is below 9. You can take twice daily. Morning & night before sleep. Just make sure a 2hours gap before meal time.

Banyakkan makan: bayam, red dragon fruit, brokoli, kekacang, telur, oat, kurma, delima..boleh pelbagaikan lah..yg penting make sure cukup rehat and avoid stress..💪🏼💪🏼

dan elak kan minum teh ,salah 1 yg boleh mengurangkan hb

take your iron supplements with vit c as well like vitamins tab or orange and separate 2hrs from milk, also try pomegranate works for me
