You can also try these home remedies: - Steam: turn on the hot shower in your bathroom (and close the door) to generate steam. Simply sit in the bathroom with your baby in the bathroom for 15 mins (you could bring some toys in or read/sing to her during that period). - Vicks: rub regular or baby vicks on the soles of your baby’s feet and then cover them with socks. You could also rub some on her chest and back. - Saline solution: purchase some saline solution for babies and children. Have your baby in a position where her head is lower than his feet. Support her head (usually this may require help from another person). Gently squeeze one drop of the solution into each nostril. Give it one or two minutes for the solution to drain through the nasal passage. Your baby will likely sneeze or cough out the thinned mucus. - Nasal aspirator: use a nasal aspirator to help suck the mucus out. - Vaporiser or humidifier: these will help moisten the air to help your baby breathe better. - Hydration: keep your baby well hydrated. Chicken soup, water (for babies older than 6 months), milk and juice are great choices. There suggestions are taken from (page 2 and 3) this article, do refer to the article for more information: http://sg.theasianparent.com/your-childs-blocked-nose-what-you-need-to-know/ Hope your baby gets well soon!
If you are still breastfeeding, you can breast milk (or if not, formula) more frequently throughout the day. A well-hydrated baby will be more like to prevent boogers and snot from solidifying, making baby congestion worse. I've also heard of a traditional Indonesian method of crushing shallots and mixing it with eucalyptus oil. Put the mixture on a plate and leave it in baby's room. Apparently, this will absorb the germs, virus and toxins surrounding baby and thus help in clearing stuffy nose.
How old is your baby? You can use the Pigeon Nose Cleaner to clear her nose. It's readily available at supermarkets and stores selling baby products for about $8. It's effective. I sometimes use the Pigeon Bulb cleaner as it is faster. These two can be used for mucus (wet snot) and the nose tweezer can be used on dried, flaky snot. Some mothers use essential oils, but I don't have any experience with it. http://www.pigeon.com.sg/product_uri/health-care/nose-cleaner-tube-type/
You may want to try Sterimar for babies or Iliadin. You can also try bathing the baby with a gentle steam. And if this problem is persistent, maybe it's your ac that has been keeping the lo's nose blocked. Might want to consider buying a humidifier for the room where you always use the ac.

Heat up some coconut oil and add ajwain to it. let the oil cool down, then apply the warm oil on baby’s head. It better not to strain the oil. Give the baby a bath after sometime. This will relieve blocked nose.
